Visiting Home

I graduated from the University of the Philippines five years ago. Back when I was in college, I spent approximately 15 hours  a day, 5-6 days a week for four years in and around the campus. It’s no wonder, really, that it will always feel like home.

“Coming home” to U.P. has always filled me with nostalgia. If you spend that much time in a place, I’m sure that almost everything triggers a memory or two. But, apart from the trips down memory lane, I like visiting U.P. simply because it’s a beautiful, peaceful place (most times).

I’ve had the privilege of visiting several times the past few weeks and here are a couple of pictures I took.

A disclaimer: I am not a photographer; I just used a very simple camera on automatic setting. I also don’t know how to edit apart from putting watermarks (yes, I know. Technology is so wasted on me). So, please don’t expect professional quality photos. I’m just posting stuff here to share why I love coming home.  🙂
